What is your check-in / check-out time?

You may check in to your room beginning at 4:00 pm. We respectfully ask that you check out by noon so we can prepare the room for our next guests.

What is the minimum age required to book/check-in?

All guests over the age of 21 years old are welcome to book/check-in at The Manhattan at Times Square.

Do you have a hotel spa?

While we do not operate a spa on the property, we have many suggestions of nearby spas available at our concierge.

Do you have a fitness center?

Our state-of-the-art is located on the fifth floor and is open twenty-four hours per day.

Smoking

The Manhattan at Times Square is a non-smoking hotel. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.

Can I send a package to the hotel?

It is our pleasure to hold packages for our guests. Please address any packages in the below format:

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Yes, The Manhattan at Times Square is a pet-friendly hotel! If you decide to bring your pet, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee that is collected upon check-in. In addition, pets need to weigh 75lbs or less.

Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?

Yes, the Manhattan at Times Square offers accessible rooms, both with tubs and roll-in showers. You should be able to find these rooms available when making your reservation, but if not you can always call us at 212-581-3300 to check availability.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Attached to the hotel is a parking garage, with entrances on both the 51st and 52nd Street sides. Currently, prices are $72 for sedans and $87 for SUV and $102 for larger vehicles, per day (tax not included). The garage does not allow “in-and-out” privileges.
