Times Square

Often referred to as "the crossroads of the world," Times Square in New York City lies at the intersection of Broadway and 7th Avenue. The area bustles with energy, thanks to bright lights, popular attractions and restaurants, and a never-ending stream of pedestrian traffic.

The hub of New York's theater district is a neon wonder. It wouldn't be far-fetched to suggest that "the city that never sleeps" got its reputation from Times Square. After all, the intersection of Broadway and 7th Avenue, is bustling 24/7 and guests of the Manhattan at Times Square know this to be true, in fact, they live it!

Times Square is surrounded by theaters, so it's no wonder that a big draw is the lively Broadway scene. Purchase your tickets at the TKTS booth to get the best deals on same-day shows. Check out our Guide to Essential Broadway Shows for more information.

Shopping is one all-time favorite activity at The Crossroads of the World – you'll find mega stores of global brands such as, Hershey's, Disney, American Outfitters, M&M's, H&M, Forever 21, Steve Madden and many, many more.
